Director of Ancillary Services

Jacqueline Van Vorst joins Resolve Pain Solutions with over 15+ years’ experience in the healthcare field, working in different departments of orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, pain management, surgery, patient care, post surgery patient care, durable medical device, sales, and overall ancillary utilization.

What does Jacqueline do as the Director of Ancillary Services for our Practice Partners?

  • Open communication with team to best support programs
  • Educates and promotes innovative ancillary tools
  • Creating processes and procedures for proper and timely authorizations for ancillary
  • Continually collects data and analyzes progress in ancillary department for higher efficiency
  • Optimizes usage for best reimbursement
  • Works directly with other departments to create effective continuity

Jacqueline started her career in Sports Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa working closely with the USF Morsani Center Florida Orthopedic Institutes Group Physicians to optimize durable medical equipment. She then built the department coordinating Durable Medical Equipment for 360 Orthopedics in Florida’s Manatee and Sarasota County. Going on to become the Territory Director for mid-Florida with Capital Medical Corporation leading several physician groups to better utilization of medical equipment.  Following that she held the position of Director of Ancillary at the largest pain and spine group in the nation.   

Jacqueline holds a degree in Sports Medicine in Athletic Training from the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida. She is truly passionate about collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals in finding solutions for patients to live their best lives through usage of ancillary services.
